We’re excited to share that Technical Director Florian Dieterle will be based overseas for the next 12 months, supporting the growth of operations in the UK and Middle East while continuing to work on Australian projects remotely.
Flo’s journey began before the business was officially established, working with Jonathan Davies on the Sydney Metro Skybridge cable-stayed bridge. Since then, he has played a major role in shaping the technical direction of the business and building a strong, delivery-focused team culture.
From being the first person in the design team, Flo has grown the group into a diverse, multi-region team of around a dozen engineers, with team members now based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the UK, and Brazil.
