Tikone is a Chartered Engineer (CEng, CPEng) with more than 17 years of experience delivering transport, highways, and safety projects across Australia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. His expertise spans traffic and transport planning, road safety auditing, temporary road alignment, and Safety in Design (SiD) and Safety Assurance for complex civil and rail infrastructure.
At CaSE, Tikone supports the Traffic & Transport team in shaping safe, efficient, and sustainable movement networks. He brings a strong track record in system integration, interface management, and multidisciplinary collaboration, guiding projects from early assessment through to detailed design and delivery.
Recognised for his technical insight and pragmatic approach, Tikone has contributed to major programs that improve mobility, enhance safety, and enable sustainable urban growth.
