Mark is a civil engineer with over 18 years’ experience in the design, construction, and management of major tunnel and infrastructure projects across Ireland, the UK, and Australia. His career has focused on large-scale underground works for road, metro, and airport developments, from planning and tender evaluation through to safe, efficient delivery on both contractor and client-side roles.
His expertise encompasses constructability assessments, value engineering, construction management, site supervision, and design coordination for complex tunnelling projects, including TBM, drill-and-blast, road-header, shaft sinking and piling operations.
