The Quattro Del Mar development is a premium waterfront residential complex consisting of multiple high-rise buildings seamlessly connected by architectural link bridges. Designed to embody luxury and innovation, the development integrates these bridges not only as structural connectors but also as fully functional residential units. The result is a distinctive architectural feature that enhances both the visual identity and spatial experience of the project.
Our Role:
CaSE Middle East was engaged to undertake the structural design and detailing of the steel-to-concrete connection systems for the development’s link bridges. The scope included ensuring efficient force transfer between steel and concrete elements and developing robust detailing solutions to maintain local structural integrity. The team also provided reinforcement detailing and confinement design for link bridges C1 and C3, which are rigidly connected between the primary buildings. This engineering work ensured the bridges achieved both architectural intent and long-term performance, supporting the project’s vision for seamless connection and premium residential design.
