Joshua is a Traffic Manager with more than nine years' experience delivering traffic engineering, traffic management and transport planning solutions across major road, bridge and public transport infrastructure projects throughout Queensland. He combines strong technical capability in traffic modelling, traffic staging and traffic management design with a practical understanding of construction methodologies, helping project teams safely deliver works within complex live traffic environments.
His core strengths include the preparation of Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS), traffic staging and planning for construction and tender phases, traffic audits, certification and approval management, and the integration of traffic management requirements into temporary works and construction programs. Clients and project teams value his ability to develop practical, compliant and constructible traffic solutions that support safe and efficient project delivery while maintaining network performance and minimising disruption to road users and surrounding communities.
Joshua works closely with contractors, designers, authorities and multidisciplinary project teams to coordinate traffic management through all stages of delivery. His experience spans major infrastructure projects including Cross River Rail, Coomera Connector Stage 1 North and a range of road rehabilitation and flood recovery programs, where he has led traffic planning, road safety assessments, permit applications, traffic analysis and staging development. He is known for his collaborative approach, attention to detail and ability to translate complex construction requirements into clear, practical traffic management outcomes.
