CaSE Traffic & Transport is the specialist traffic and transport arm of CABER Group. We work directly with contractors, designers and authorities to provide delivery‑focused traffic engineering, traffic management, safety and logistics support on major infrastructure projects.

The Role
This role sits at the intersection of traffic engineering and construction delivery. You’ll be hands‑on with traffic staging, TMPs and constructability on major infrastructure projects, working directly with project teams to turn designs into safe, buildable outcomes.
This position suits Traffic Engineers or contractor‑side Traffic Managers who want genuine project ownership, strong site exposure and involvement in how work is actually delivered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and review traffic staging, TMPs and Traffic Guidance Schemes for major projects
- Provide constructability input during planning and live delivery phases
- Support site teams with traffic methodologies, sequencing and risk mitigation
- Coordinate authority approvals and manage stakeholder interfaces
- Work closely with designers, drafters and construction teams across delivery packages
About You
- 5–15+ years’ experience in traffic engineering, construction traffic management or major project delivery roles
- Experience from consulting, Tier 1 / Tier 2 contractors or large infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of traffic staging, temporary works and construction interfaces
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environments
- AutoCAD and staging / TMP experience highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering or a related discipline
- Working toward or holding CPEng / RPEQ / NER (or equivalent) viewed favourably, but not essential
