Dean brings over two decades’ experience in digital engineering and CAD management across civil and structural infrastructure in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. His career spans landmark projects including the Swan River Crossing in Perth, the New Bridgewater Bridge in Tasmania, Wellington Town Hall redevelopment, and the London 2012 Olympics.
With a strong background in 3D modelling, BIM coordination, and construction integration, Dean has led high-performing teams in delivering complex projects across all phases of design and construction. He is recognised for combining technical expertise with practical site experience to deliver smarter, more buildable solutions.
His recent projects have him leading the modelling and delivery involving advanced 3D rebar modelling, clash detection, and resolution using Revit. He is in a primary role coordinating the reinforcement cages alongside the design development, reducing delays and improving constructability on complex, fast-paced projects.
