Quoc Phuong brings 15 years’ experience as a civil engineer on major road and rail infrastructure projects. Quoc’s involvement in these projects has ranged from direct management of Tier 1 Contractor construction activities, construction, design management, contract administration and constructability advice.
Quoc is highly experienced in project management and is well versed with the challenges of projects delivered in urban and rural environments. He applies best practice across his disciplines which include construction, risk management, compliance outcomes and change management.
