Jonathan is an experienced structural construction manager with over 20 years experience in a wide range of construction sectors and roles. He has a strong background in structural and heavy civil engineering including bridges, buildings and precast concrete. With many years’ experience in temporary structures he is considered an expert in bridge construction equipment, heavy lifting strand jacks, falsework, and large cranes. He is an experienced manager of multidisciplinary teams and departments. He is an expert solution provider with a proactive and practical attitude and the
ability to innovate and develop concepts and processes.
Barry’s 45+ year career began in the heavy civil construction industry before establishing Pike Engineering in 1989. Since then, he’s played a fundamental role in the successful completion of many complex bridge projects throughout Australia, including the very first incrementally launched bridge project in NSW – the Killawarra Bridge. Some of his other achievements have included Windsor Bridge replacement, Hunter Expressway, Gateway Bridge in Brisbane, Woronora Bridge, Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Maribyrnong Twin Bridges, Terranora Creek Twin bridges.
Dan has over 15 years’ experience in the industry working on large road and rail projects across Australia, Dan is a civil and tunnel infrastructure specialist. Dan was recently part of the senior team delivering WestConnex M4 East and the award winning Sydney Metro Northwest
Gerard specialises in the delivery and execution of Bridge Projects. He is an expert in the construction management and the permanent/temporary works engineering associated with high profile Bid Build / Design & Build long span bridges across the globe. Gerard has experience constructing the iconic Hardanger Bridge, Queensferry Crossing and Sheikh Zayed Bridge to name a few.
Florian has 10 years experience in a wide range of infrastructure projects and has an extensive design background in civil and structural engineering. Florian manages the design team and has a mix of permanent works and temporary works design experience. He has experience in pre-cast segmental bridge design and construction, and specialist knowledge of post-tensioning and cable-stay systems. Florian is a solution provider with an unbiased, proactive and practical attitude
John has been involved in heavy civil marine engineering for more than 40 years. His experience includes tendering, delivering, and providing advice on major marine and bridge projects and leading multi-disciplinary and international teams. He has a collaborative, innovative and empathetic approach which has allowes him to provide effective solutions to problems encountered whether they are technical, commercial or environmental.
Peter is a chartered Civil Engineer with over eight years’ industry experience in projects ranging from $200,000 to $800 million. He has a proven track record in Australia and the United Kingdom (UK) with Tier 1 Contractors.
Peter has extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure projects including across safety, quality and cost control disciplines.
Richard is a civil and structural engineer with over 30 years’ experience, specialising in the design of suspended and moving bridges and large buildings. He has designed and managed the design for civil, structural and mechanical aspects of long-span and suspended bridges, large steel structures for stadia and airport hangars, working within multidisciplinary teams for consultants and contractors alike, including permanent and temporary works and the operation machinery
For more than 25 years Craig has expanded on a strong structural engineering background, fundamental to efficient and innovative design practices, to develop broader skills in sound planning, management and execution within the Design & Build industry, primarily in the aviation MRO sector. Design, design management, building structures advice, project management, scheduling, estimating & cost control are key strengths while his drive, accuracy, and tenacious approach to problem-solving ensures efficient, timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Chris is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 11 years of experience in the design and construction of large civil works. He specialises in temporary works design, and his experience includes major infrastructure works in the UK and Australia. Chris also has experience in permanent works design for structural and geotechnical engineering.

Ayman Sayegh is an experienced engineer with almost 12 years’ experience in Quality Assurance Management, Independent Verification and Construction Phase Services of design and construct infrastructure projects. He has dealt with the coordination of design, RFIs and NCRs and worked on site as part of the IV or CPS team undertaking supervision of multi-million dollar construction projects.
Ayman’s key skills include review of design documents and NCRs, liaison with sub consultants, coordination of supervision activities, site supervision, production of defects lists for completion, review of drawings, preparation of claims and certification. He has also undertaken project management roles, including design management, commercial management and quality management as well as performing various report writing for tender submission and prepared numerous resumes for submission to clients. He was the Project Independent Verifier on the M5 West Widening and Port Botany Expansion Project.
Ayman holds a Master of Engineering Science (Structural Engineering) (distinction), Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), and an Advanced Diploma of Structural engineering. He has Membership of Engineers Australia and the Australian Steel Institute; holds a WorkCover Green card, Railcorp Risi Ticket, Rail safety worker, First Aid and Working at Heights Training.
George has more than 25 years experience in construction industry with a strong record of work and experience in management systems and quality management with exposure to major infrastructure project with Tier 1 contractors. He is specializing in providing knowledge, capability and drive to enable the on-going compliance and continual improvement of the management systems including quality, safety and environmental. George’s experience spans through the marine, infrastructure, building and oil and gas industry.
Calum’s extensive experience has ranged over numerous construction projects and roles. His background in temporary works design has enhanced his diligent approach and resulted in the successful management and delivery of complex logistical and technically challenging engineering solutions. Calum forms excellent working relationships and provides a well-balanced practical attitude. His ability to develop, drive and control outcomes on even the most challenging of Projects has been grounded in safe, quality driven, cost effective processes.
James is a competent senior engineer with extensive site and design office experience specialising in bridge construction and large civil infrastructure. James possesses in depth site engineering knowledge and management skills gained from working on the construction of the Queensferry Crossing, the world’s largest 3 span cable stay bridge. He has a sound knowledge of engineering principles and steelwork design through working as a temporary works designer for bridges
and large structures.
Sam is a senior structural engineer with profound knowledge in bridge design and proficient skills in structural analysis. Sam has 15 years’ experience and 100+ projects’ success, including some world-class bridges such as the world’s longest sea bridge Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge for which he received an award certificate of excellence from CCCC (China Communication Construction Company) for his design work in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. In particular his involvement with designing the Qingzhou navigation bridge, which is the largest navigation bridge in the project.
Daiana join us as a Senior Design Engineer assisiting Richard Lamb with analysis, development of technical feasibility studies, budgets and preliminary, basic and detailed designs. Daiana has worked on several large projects within the airport, port, rail and road sectors such as the restoration of the Hercílio Luz Bridge, construction of the roof of the Brasília stadium, construction of container and grain terminals as well as construction and renovation of airports.
