Designed to embody luxury\u00a0and innovation, the development integrates these bridges not only as structural connectors but also\u00a0as fully functional residential units. The result is a distinctive architectural feature that enhances both\u00a0the visual identity and spatial experience of the project.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CaSE&nbsp;Middle East was engaged to undertake the structural design and detailing of the steel-to-concrete connection systems for the development\u2019s link bridges. The scope included ensuring&nbsp;efficient force transfer between steel and concrete elements and developing robust detailing&nbsp;solutions to maintain local structural integrity. The team also provided reinforcement detailing and&nbsp;confinement design for link bridges C1 and C3, which are rigidly connected between the primary&nbsp;buildings.
